Keedbet Ghana Review 2026 — New BoG-Backed Sportsbook
Short answer
Keedbet Ghana is a new, GCG-licensed Sports Betting operator that launched its measurable search footprint in September 2025. Its operating entity is KEED Ghana Limited (a subsidiary of KGL Group of companies), and that same parent group holds a separate Bank of Ghana Enhanced Payment Service Provider licence under the Payment Systems Act 2019 (Act 987). That second-regulator layer is the legitimacy fact that distinguishes Keedbet from every other operator we cover.
Three provenanced positives: GCG Sports-Betting register row, BoG Enhanced PSP parent, GFA × Footy partnership. Honest TBD on items the encrypted operator surface withholds (licence number string, office address, per-method payment rails, Aviator provider). Provisional because the product surface needs more time-in-market observation before we lift it. Score moves only on primary-source evidence — never on testing claims we cannot make.

1. GCG Sports Betting licence — register-confirmed
The Gaming Commission of Ghana licensed-operators register lists KEEDBET under Sports Betting, issued 1 January 2026, expiring 31 December 2026, location Accra. Verified independently of any operator surface. One important caveat for this site: there is NO Online Casino row for KEEDBET on the 2026 register. That’s why this site does not build casino, slots, or sweet-bonanza pages — building them would imply unlicensed product. The licence number string is not on the register itself (GCG publishes trade name, category, dates, and location only) and the operator’s footer is encrypted; the exact licence reference is TBD.
2. Bank of Ghana Enhanced PSP — fintech-regulator parallel
This is Keedbet’s structural differentiator. KEED Ghana Ltd is, per its LinkedIn company profile, “an Enhanced Payment Service Provider (PSP), regulated by the Bank of Ghana, through its FinTech…”. An Enhanced PSP is a defined tier under the Payment Systems Act 2019 (Act 987): BoG-supervised, capital-floor obligations, AML/CFT reporting requirements, and a fintech compliance regime distinct from the GCG gambling licence. 3. Ghana Football Association partnership — GFA × Footy
The GFA’s own website announces a partnership with KEED Ghana Limited on the “Footy” cash-pool bet game. The Ghana Football Association is the national football governing body; co-branding with a new operator’s parent entity is a non-trivial trust signal. 4. TBD: licence number, address, per-method rails, Aviator provider
The operator’s keedbet.com.gh surface is a sophisticated SPA: a small JSON config (operator ID, currency, support email, registration route) decodes to plain text; a much larger features blob is AES-256-GCM-encrypted and only decrypts client-side after JS bootstrap. Headless verifiers — including Playwright via Ghana proxy — cannot reach inside that blob. Items behind it include the exact licence number, office address, phone, per-method payment rails, and the Aviator game provider. All TBD; this site says so on every page rather than filling from third-party affiliate copy.
Product surface — what we can verify
Verified routes on the operator: /sports, /aviator, /casino, /promotions, /register, /download, /about, /terms. The casino route exists on the operator’s UI but — given there is no Casino licence row on the 2026 GCG register — we do not document it as a Keedbet-product page on this site. If a Casino licence is added to the register in a future cycle, the casino cluster becomes buildable.
