What makes Keedbet structurally interesting: the operating entity, KEED Ghana Limited, is a subsidiary of KGL Group of companies — and that same parent group holds a separate Bank-of-Ghana licence as an Enhanced Payment Service Provider under the Payment Systems Act 2019 (Act 987). That's a second regulator (BoG, fintech) overseeing a different facet of the same corporate parent. None of the other three GH operators in our network have this directly adjacent BoG-PSP layer. The 12-month search-interest cliff — cold-start September 2025
